Hotel Boltzmann - Vienna

Great location near transport links and attractions.

My experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness. I found ants in my room, utterly unacceptable for a hotel. The air conditioning did not function properly, leaving the room sweltering. I certainly expected more from a four-star hotel.

Everything was very good, the room was new-fashioned with an amazing terrace. The employees were competent.

The breakfast served was delicious, everything you could wish for, with sausages and cheeses, for instance.

Nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff and fast check-in. Shower was inconsistent, soaking the bathroom floor.

Easy location just off the town hall, and the main attractions and very friendly and professional staff. For shots visit Beaver Brewing Company, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

It was just a proper fit for strolling around in Vienna with very nice value for money. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the place super clean. Look for local breakfast spots nearby for cheaper options.

The hotel is not a 4*, be ready... Didn't change the towel or hygiene supplies in 3 days. Not all outlets work.

I enjoyed a spacious Comfort Double or Twin Room that offered great comfort throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a good variety, including fresh fruits and gourmet pastries. The staff provided really good service, accommodating my early arrival with a room ready right away, allowing me to settle in quickly!

I booked this hotel as recommended from conference in akh hospital which was good as walking distance 10 min walk but its not worth it to have very poor service and the value of money I payed I was expecting from 4 star hotel way much more.even the services and luggages transfer to and from room was not available the hotel rooms and corridors were dirty and some glass bottles were kept outside our room for a whole day till I removed them myself there was no iron or tea cattle and the ironing was not allowed in the room???!!!

I asked why toiletries were not provided and when I asked the receptionist she reply you can buy it from nearby shops???? At the end after completing my stay I changed the hotel to de france (5 stars ) and it was really good I think there should be a strong system to validate number of stars in each hotels because some times I noticed they write 4 stars and its rather to call it bed and breakfast....

Positive, The staff was helpful. I arrived early and they got me a room right away. The breakfast had tons of options. I especially loved the cappuccino. The mini fridge was stocked nicely and the electric kettle was a sweet surprise. Very quiet room with a great view 🏙️

Location! Excellent location on about 15 minutes distance from city center, in a beautiful old neighborhood!

Everything in the hotel was descent. If it was warmer, lack of air condition in the rooms would be a problem.
